Al Baker
Al Baker is the Rocky Mountain Regional Director and Idaho State Director for Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. Born in central Idaho, Al has called the Gem State his home ever since. Now completing a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Idaho, Al has long enjoyed the outdoors and activities such as hiking in Idaho’s wilderness, motorcycling, automotive restoration, and recreational shooting. Al brings more than a decade of experience as a sportsman and responsible firearms owner to SCCC, serving as a campus leader since SCCC’s inception and lobbying in support of lawful self-defense on campus. Kurt Mueller
Kurt Mueller is the Eastern Regional Director of Students for
Concealed Carry on Campus. Kurt presently lives in Virginia near the
DC border. Kurt is a life member of the NRA and a NRA certified pistol

Reid Smith
Reid Smith is the Midwest Regional Director and Michigan State Director for
Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. Reid joined SCCC shortly before
the first Empty Holster Protest in 2007, later becoming the Campus Leader
at Albion College. In March 2009, he became the Michigan State Director,
assuming his current position as Midwest Regional Director in May 2010. Reid
graduated from Albion College with his B.A. in Biochemistry in 2009, and is
currently a candidate for admission to Medical School. Reid spent one year
with a public policy firm, researching nationwide firearms laws and statistics.
His wide interests include the outdoors, early history, and an unhealthy obsession

Daniel Crocker
Daniel Crocker is the Southwest Regional Director for Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. With extensive education and experience in emergency response, Daniel currently works as an instructor and EMT He first started with SCCC as a campus leader, then became the Texas State Director in 2008 before taking his current position in the fall of 2009. Rick Walker
Rick Walker is the West Regional Director for Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. He has a BA in Business, MA in Management, and is a former adjunct professor in business and computer science, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Rick is certified as a gun and gun safety instructor by the NRA and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. He is also certified to teach the Utah Concealed Carry Permit course. He is active as an instructor in the South Puget Sound Area of Washington State, and has extensive experience and training in the subjects of weapons, munitions, and shooting. Kacey Cooper
Kacey Cooper is the Southeast Regional director for Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. She brings several years of law enforcement experience to the board. Kacey currently works as a dispatcher and corrections officer while attending college as a history major. Kacey began with the organization as a campus leader before taking the regional director position at the beginning of 2010. Kacey is also president of her college speech team and in her spare time Kacey enjoys reading, horseback riding, and studying for the LSAT. David Burnett
David Burnett is the president and director of public relations for SCCC. A graduate of the University of Kentucky business school and future law student, David got his start with SCCC during the first empty holster protest in October 2007. Before serving on the Board, he served as a campus leader, media liaison and state director. He has written multiple articles, appeared on numerous radio shows, addressed the Second Amendment March in Washington DC, and appeared on the John Stossel show to represent Students for Concealed Carry on Campus.
